Lonnie was such a lifesaver! I needed two tires replaced due to a bad alignment. He helped me get the best ones at a great deal and got me out of there in less than 45 minutes! I'm now a faithful customer for life!

Income tax time, they we're slammed! Service was admirable, immediately welcomed and assisted the vibe was so positive for how extremely busy they were. Seemed like they all enjoyed their jobs. Watching them through the glass from the bar stool in the main lobby each mechanic work together like a well oiled machine! I'm and out within an hour with a full garage. I'd recommend Discount Tire and their services to everyone

I paid for new tires and they put old tires as well as the wrong size on my car. But it was entered into their computer correctly. I found this out later when I had to change my used tires that I got from them that were less than 6 months old.

On top of that, I called beforehand to get a price and when I arrived, I was told their cheapest used tires were a higher price. I specifically asked if they had any cheaper and was told no. When I mentioned that I'd called beforehand and got a price, he said, "Oh, we have those".

I won't be going back to a business that isn't trustworthy about their products and what they are putting on my car.

These guys are great! I went in with a set amount to spend and they found tires that would fit my budget. They were willing to listen and negotiate and I was very pleased with the end result. The tires were good tires and the service was quick and professional. I will always buy tires from here. The prices were the lowest by far in the CSRA.
