First they decreased the payout amount by $1,012 (after closing documents were signed & notarized) with no explanation. Then a day later they increased it by over $1,600 because we were prepping to take them to court. Now it's like pulling teeth to get copies of the corrected documents, which we need in order to cancel our home owners insurance. So far it's been a week since the closing and we should not have to even ask, so upon the first request we were sent the wrong documents and upon the second request we were sent illegible documents, so we're having to ask AGAIN. It's really hard to reach anyone on the phone and they take days to answer emails via the provided portal. All in all not a professional experience to say the least.
