Sonny is awful... he makes you feel as though you're bothering him for having him do his job which is take orders via phone and via walk ins... he has no excitement nor customer service skills... his attitude is always poor... if he does not want to be at work he should stay at home.. he's a complete buzz killer.. PLEASE EITHER TRAIN SONNY OR FIRE HIM

I love the food, but every time I go back I wonder when will they finally scrape all the goo and sticky, dirty old grease off of the edges of their Hibachi grills where they cook people's food. I always watch in horror each peace of the food they flip around and hope it won't fly to far to the edge to touch the built-up yuckiness. If they have this right in front of their customers, I wonder what does their back kitchen look like. :/

Use to love this place. ordered Shrimp rice and vegetables as usual. received shrimp. no vegetables no rice. got up to get owner/ manager and he says oh you have shrimp. I told him I was suppose to have rice and vegetables as well he says so what do you want me to do? you want more vegetables,?. I said no I'll eat this as is but will not come back. every guest at my table was unhappy except for the couple who ordered double of everything and were eating the butter. guess they knew if you didn't order double their plates would look like mine.

it is very nice to have lunch or dinner there, with or without reservations.

The Chef Named Djoko was Awesome!! Had a very good time. The food and sauce was absolutely delicious. But our chef was very funny and did lots of fun tricks while cooking. Very nice guy

We absolutely LOVE Ichiban and are thrilled to have it in our neighborhood. We love the hibachi side and the show is always great fun - the more at the table, the better. The food has consistently been great since it opened and I've been introducing as many people as possible to it. I'm not a sushi fan, but have heard rave reviews about their sushi from others at our table and friends. I highly recommend it - I try to go at least once a week for lunch and once a month for dinner.

Ate there last night. I ordered the chicken tempura and a california roll (my favorite). The food was great and the price was fair. The atmosphere was warm and comfy. They did a great job with all the decor. Julee, who was my server, had a smile and gave excellent service. My glass was never emptied. I would eat there again and would recommend it to everyone of all ages.

This is a good Japanese steak house if give you lot of fun and good food. The sushi is pretty good too.
