I was lost. I din't know which way to turn. I got scammed by some folks from South Carolina, and was tricked into a marriage for money and services. Then they turned around and tried to have me imprisoned for false charges that the local Sheriffs should never have even filed on. I was so depressed and lost. My wife that I truly believed was the most perfect thing in my life, was a complete lie and scam. I spent so many nites just crying and trying to figure out how all this happened. I was so blessed to find Cody and his wonderful staff. They were so kind and very timely and professional. I really mean that too. Sometimes calls don't get routed or messages get delivered in other law offices, but not with the Cody Pirtle staff. Calls and messages were relayed immediately and Cody was on top of this thing in a very professional layman atmosphere. Cody listened and advised me and my family which way to go and, "BOOM", charges dropped and apology from D.A. He also took care of the divorce very quickly and exactly. I was so worried she would get into finances and credit and just do incredible damage to both and ruin the family business. Nope, Cody put a stop to that bull and them folks have left me alone and stayed far away from the family business that is going on 30 years of service to West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. He saved my life, I would have been in prison if this great layman hadn't done what they do best. Litigate law and argue a persons defense by exercising rights, and law. True story, Cant make up a story like this. How dare ya em try... Thank Cody Pirtle and staff, for giving me back my life and protecting me from wrongful harm. I had to retain Mr. Pirtle for a custody issue. He was very courteous, made sure I understood everything and completed my case in a very timely manner. His office staff is AMAZING. I would highly recommend Mr. Pirtle to anyone needing to retain a lawyer.
