U-Haul Moving & Storage of Allentown

I rented a storage unit in May, 2014. upon storing my goods, my roommate spilled a small amt. of paint on the carpet outside the unit.. The manger Jose, and another employer, said, all was well and cleaned it up. July 30, I moved out. My mother phoned the 31st ,to inform them I had moved.( I'm deaf) she was told, I owe 275.00. for damaged carpet, that paint could not be cleaned out of. The question was, why did you not tell her this before? RAY, nor mgr, Jose had an answer. I had to pay it. They charged me rent for Aug even though I moved out 2 days before rent was du,.but with my mother's persistence I got my money back. She knew what the contract stated. .She called several times with a 30 -45 minute hold each time. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! They do not operate with integrity, nor have the concern for the customers. My rating would be 0, if I could have submitted it.
