I rate them ZERO stars terrible company! My ice maker and water wasn't working..... Owner came out first charged $90 he just stood there and said you need a mother and gaskets. I buy the parts and he sent one of his workers to install ( the worker was WAY more knowledgable!) he was like you don't need either of these parts.......there is a block of ice that needs to be thawed out on the back panel. So I had to pay restocking fees and shipping to return the parts. ....another $50. Still no water or ice! I then call them to see what the next step is and they offer me a discount for him to come back out .....only $75 what a scam!!!!!! And that worker no longer works there ....I can see why! Don't waste your time or your money these guys have nodes what they are doing I spoke with the women that answers the phone and she was nice until I told her this was bad business , and her response was "well many people like our services" oh really????? Have you read your reviews??????
